week01_Quick sketch exercise

We were given a challenge to draw a portrait in a couple of minutes, then draw that same portrait but upside down and compare the results.

I noticed that for the upside-down reference I was looking a lot more at the picture in order to draw, while I tended to look less at the right side up.  I was drawing what I knew and not what I was seeing. I noticed more details of the man's face when it was turned upside-down.
